 Cover Supervisor - Bracknell Secondary School

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic cover supervisor to join our team at a secondary school in Bracknell. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising students in the absence of a teacher and ensuring that they are engaged in classwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise pupils in the absence of a teacher.

Encourage pupils to interact and become more independent in their learning.

Establish trust with pupils and interact with them according to individual needs.

Assist pupils with tasks as needed.

Help maintain a safe and positive learning environment.
Requirements:

Experience working with children in a classroom setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to work long term and day-to-day positions starting in January.
