We are looking for flexible and motivated graduates who are looking to make a difference as a Cover Supervisor. The successful candidate will have a passion for education and ideally be looking to teach in the near future.

Experience of working as a teaching assistant or cover supervisor (desired)
Have an interest in the education sector
An up to date enhanced DBS (or willing to process one)
A recent graduate (graduated within last 2 years) - (Not essential)
Ability to engage with and inspire young learners.

Role Summary
As a cover supervisor your main objective is to oversee the smooth running of all lessons during the school day, supervising the cover work set by the absent teacher, ensuring the children have the requested resources and knowledge to complete the work set by the teacher.
Collecting completed work after lesson and returning it to the appropriate teacher/ department.
