As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the continuity of learning in the absence of teachers. Here's what the role entails:

  • Supervising classes during teacher absence, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment
  • Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans across various subjects and year groups
  • Managing classroom behavior effectively and fostering a culture of respect and engagement
  • Providing support to students with their learning activities and addressing any queries they may have
  • Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure smooth operation of daily routines
