• Supervise and support students in the absence of the regular class teacher, maintaining continuity of learning.
• Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
• Adapt to covering a variety of subjects and year groups, demonstrating flexibility.
• Encourage and assist students with their assigned tasks, promoting engagement and understanding.
• Monitor and report on students’ progress and behaviour, maintaining high standards of discipline.

• Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or similar role within a school setting.
• A passion for education and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage classroom dynamics.
• Ability to work flexibly across different subjects and with various year groups.
