Cover Supervisor Job - Ilkeston

Hays Education are working with education settings in Ilkeston who are looking for Cover Supervisors to join their team on a regular basis asap.

Your new role
Within this role, you will be working as part of a team to support and manage behaviour and learning. Your main duties will include, supervising and managing the classroom, setting out and delivering lessons provided by the teacher, handing out materials and tools necessary, and providing additional support where required. You will play a vital role in ensuring the safety of students by overseeing the general running of the classroom and ensuring a secure and productive learning environment is maintained.

What you\'ll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you must have recent and relevant experience in a similar position. You will have relevant qualifications where necessary. You must have a clear understanding of students' requirements and be able to confidently support individuals by being flexible and taking a holistic approach. You must have a passion for supporting teaching and learning and be able to use your initiative to get stuck in and hit the ground running.
