Are you passionate about education and looking for an opportunity to work with students and support their learning journey? We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Cover Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Reed Education .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff, ensuring that pre-set work is completed.
  • Maintain a positive learning environment, manage student behaviour, and uphold school policies.
  • Assist with other duties as required, such as exam invigilation and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A commitment to supporting students’ educational development.
  • Relevant experience in an educational setting is preferred but not essential.
