Job Title: Court of Protection Solicitor

Location: Bath

Salary: £45,000+

A progressive Top 100 law firm is looking for a Solicitor to join their team assisting compensation clients as a result of litigation. This is your opportunity to work on Court of Protection work for established longstanding clients within a people-focused firm with clear progression opportunities.

The Opportunity:

  • To deliver high quality legal advice to clients to ensure their compensation is suitably managed.
  • To support professional deputies and Trustees in all elements of their role to include making Court Applications, annual reporting, dealing with clients and families and investing funds.

You will have:

  • Relevant experience within a Court of Protection department.
  • Excellent academic qualification.
  • Excellent interpersonal, client and commercial skills.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and independently within a fast paced environment.
