A top national law firm is looking to add a talented solicitor to its Manchester-based Court of Protection team.

The Court of Protection division is organised into four teams, with a mix of paralegals, legal assistants, and executives on each team. Since this team operates nationally, you will be collaborating with teams all over the United Kingdom.

This firm is at the top of its game, putting people first and technology at the centre of its operations.

In this position you will be drafting applications for the appointment of deputies, for property and affairs, whilst also working on statutory will applications, gift and care applications along with annual OPG accounts.

You will also be involved with overseeing paralegals and support staff in the team, along with participating in marketing opportunities and contributing to blogs and media commentary. Other aspects of the role would include producing complex documents, briefs and witness statements, along with leading client meeting and managing negotiations.

With this position you would be based on a hybrid working pattern being required in the Manchester office only 2 days per week. I am open to speaking with candidates who are based in alternative locations as there could be the possibility of joining an alternative team.

Please note that salary is dependent upon experience.

I would be happy to provide further details to candidates who feel this could be a suitable opportunity! Apply online or contact Amelia Greenough at G2 Legal today.
