You will be joining a leading team of specialists, providing unparalleled Court of Protection Deputyship support.

The firm has an excellent reputation for COP work, which filters through in to the community.

The firm’s clients range from the elderly seeking support to individuals with mental health concerns or those awarded Personal Injury or Clinical Negligence settlements.

The role:

• A busy caseload of Property and Affairs Deputyships
• Oversee trusts and handle tax matters
• Support clients with visits to hospitals and care homes

Applications invited from:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEX)
• Previous experience in Court of Protection matters - this is ESSENTIAL
• Strong academics
