What will you do? 

  • Manage a range of court of protection matters on behalf of clients with acquired brain injuries 
  • Create & deliver training to clients and work referrers 
  • Support the development of more junior mental capacity lawyers in the team 
  • Oversee client properties and financial affairs 
  • Support adult & children clients
  • Be involved in business development and marketing
  • Nurture long standing client relationships 

What will you need? 

  • At least 5 years’ experience as a solicitor or legal executive
  • Mental Capacity & Court of Protection experience
