An established and highly respected firm in Crawley is looking for a Court of Protection Lawyer from 1–5 years’ PQE to work in its growing and supportive team.

The firm offers excellent benefits including hybrid working, healthcare and a generous bonus scheme.

This practice is considering candidates looking for full-time or part-time hours.

You will be a Solicitor or FCILEx with solid experience in Court of Protection processes and procedures. You will have experience of looking after clients’ financial affairs under a Lasting or Enduring Power of Attorney.

You will be working under the supervision of a specialist solicitor and will be part of a growing Court of Protection team providing a vital service to vulnerable clients.
