The successful candidate will be at the helm of a team that enjoys a synergistic relationship with two of clients' most acclaimed divisions – the Catastrophic Personal Injury Team and the Personal Wealth Team. These departments are renowned for their excellence, with leadership acknowledged as top-tier by the Legal 500, and frequently entrust the Court of Protection Team with the responsibility of managing deputyships that safeguard the interests of our clients.
To excel in this role, one must exhibit a natural talent for providing outstanding client service and possess the strategic acumen to navigate and cultivate a team within a dynamic market. The role calls for an individual who can balance the intricacies of legal guardianship with the finesse of business development.

Requirements & Remuneration:
• You will be a Senior Court of Protection Lawyer or existing Partner with at least 6 years experience
• You will have strong business development capabilities
• You will have first-class communication skills and have an eye for detail
• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience
