Softworld is one of Europe's largest providers of Apple training and other courses. They work internationally and many of our customers and organisations operate globally and our courses and services are delivered across Europe and Middle East.

This company is growing and their international collaborations are developing particularly fast.

The team is expanding as they are now looking for an additional member; the job will primarily be focused on taking care of the EMEIA Region.

Softworld are looking for a coordinator who will primarily handle international administration of online courses and trainers, stay in frequent contact with customer, and make sure everything is registered in correctly in their systems.

The key responsibilities:

  • Communicate with trainers, partners and suppliers. Primarily by phone, email and via online meetings
  • Registering courses in internal booking systems
  • Allocating resources to different courses
  • Planning and setting up online courses and events
  • Participating in online coordination meetings
  • Be the primary point of contact for customers

You will need to be:

  • Responsible and flexible
  • Good at numbers, math, statistics, calculations and reporting
  • Accustomed to communicating via phone and email
  • Have good general IT skills, when it comes to using different software and online platforms
  • Knowledge of Mac is an advantage as we work in Pages and Numbers
  • Be detail-oriented
  • Good attention to detail
  • Confidentiality, as we work with confidential information about our customers
  • Communicate effectively in a professional manner
  • Good spelling and grammar
  • Basic knowledge of any CMS is an advantage
  • 2-3 years’ experiences in a fast paced administrative or customer services position

Remote Working

This is a full time remote positon that will be carried out from your home office. Some travel to Copenhagen will be required

Please note that since you will be working with customers and colleagues in different time zones, the working hours may be adjusted to follow the region's business hours.
