A Great opportunity has arisen at a our client a food production establishment in Bishops Stortford for a counter balance fork lift truck operator.

This is an ongoing temporary role but could potentially lead to temp to perm for the right person.

Paying £12.41ph with overtime payable after daily hours.

The working hours are Monday to Friday on a rotating shift system of 0700 to 1500 and then1100 to 1900. You will be required to work 1 Saturday every 4 weeks on a 0700 to 1600 shift.

The Duties will involve:-


- Use of a counter balance fork lift to load and unload lorries.

- Safely store grain and flour on racking using fork lift truck.
- Setting up ,loading and calibrating machinery used in the production process of flour.
- Monitoring machinery and logging data.

- Dismantling and cleaning of machinery and production area.

The right candidate will ideally have worked in a production environment or used machinery, be able to work quickly, efficiently.

This is a food production environment so there are very strict health and safety guidelines that must be adhered to at all times.
