Full time hours on a temporary basis

‘This is a hybrid role, 40% office based.

Must have experience of working in a revenues environment

Excellent Council Tax knowledge of council tax administration - billing, discounts & exemption and recovery

Excellent communication skills

Flexible

experience of dealing with challenging customers - major call centre element
