JOB TITLE:          Costs Draftsperson
EXPERIENCE:      3+ years’ experience
LOCATION:          Greater Manchester
SALARY:              On application 

•The firm’s cost team undertake a variety of work to include bills of costs, points of disputes, budgets, advice and negotiations for personal injury, clinical negligence, court of protection and commercial matters.

•In this role, you'll handle your own caseload and be able to meet client requirements in order to offer excellent customer service.

•The firm seek a Costs Draftsperson with demonstrated expertise in handling Claimant Personal Injury cases. Candidates must have experience in drafting bills of costs and negotiating expenses within the realm of Personal Injury law.

•You will have 3 + years’ experience and be a strong communicator as you will be expected to work with stakeholders at all levels across the business.
