An industry-leading, multi-national construction consultancy firm is looking for a passionate, dynamic, enthusiastic Cost Manager to join its renowned team!

This London-based role is offering the successful Cost Manager to work across a range of projects in the infrastructure sector!

Due to further growth, this ever-evolving firm is looking for a competent Cost Manager, who wants to build out their portfolio, working across a range of exciting projects, and make their name in the industry!

Responsibilities of the Cost Manager:

  • Providing Cost Management services to clients; including cost planning, procurement advice, cost reporting and value engineering.
  • Ensuring that projects are delivered within budget and time.
  • Developing and maintaining cost plans and cash flow forecasts
  • Conduction cost and value analysis including cost risk analysis and providing recommendations to the client.
  • Supporting the project team in the preparation of tender and contract documents.

Requirements of the Cost Manager:

  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience working on infrastructure or transportation construction projects in the UK.
  • NEC contract experience
  • MRICS or actively working towards MRICS status.
  • Strong financial management and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
