Cost Manager full time or part time

Cost Manager.

My client is a fast-paced growing business, looking for a candidate to fill the Cost manager role within the FM department focused on scoping, costing, and high-level project cost management within the Electrical and Mechanical field.

Works will incorporate the follwoing:

• Attending project scoping meetings.
• Formation and Submission of quotations.
• Day to Day Coordination with Project managers.
• Reporting directly into the Project director.
• Responsible for co ordinating with the Finance coordinator on the production of cost and forecast reports.
• Responsible for the day to day upkeep of the costing trackers.

• Utilisation of company software (Joblogic, Smartsheets).

Essential skills:

• 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Proficient in the use of IT software. (Excel, Word)
• Good communication skills
• Have a positive can-do attitude and a drive to excel.
• Have a good commercial understanding.
• Good understanding of Electrical and or Mechanical systems

Desirable skills:

• QS qualification
• Estimator Qualification
• Trade background or qualification in Electrical or mechanical systems

Teh company offer salary - £45,00 - £55,000 Full Time (Part time considered )
