Established law firm in South Manchester is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Negligence/Cosmetic Claims Lawyer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to handle a diverse caseload, including pre and post-litigation cosmetic claims, from inception to resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of cosmetic negligence claims, including breast surgery, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, labiaplasty, liposuction, and laser treatments.
  • Handle cases from cradle to grave. To include conducting initial client inception, risk assessments, setting up files, and managing relevant paperwork.
  • Demonstrate expertise in handling complex cosmetic negligence cases, including drafting particulars of service, preparing quantum evidence, schedules of loss, and instructing counsel.
  • Draft witness statements and replies.
  • Utilise proven litigation skills to manage a litigated caseload effectively. Including conducting court proceedings, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in hearings.
  • Provide high-quality client service.
  • Offer empathetic support to clients throughout the claims process.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 1 to 5 years PQE
  • Experience in handling cosmetic negligence claims, particularly complex cases, is highly desirable.
