Corporate travel Events - Team Leader
Events Team Leader: This award winning business travel company are looking for an experience Team Leader within their Meeting & Events team. You will be based in their London office with the option to work from home 2 days a week. Paying up to £42,000 plus bonus and other great benefits.
Events Team Leader, Responsibilities:
- Monitor staff performance alongside Head of Meeting & Events, providing direction, training, coaching and motivation.
- Manage your own client portfolio, proactively build meaningful and lasting relationships.
- Demonstrate proactive thinking when providing meeting and event solutions
Events Team Leader, Skills Required:
- Experienced in working in the Meeting and Events industry
- Experience from a travel management background (TMC) or Business Travel events team
- Strong people management, leading and monitoring performance
- Ability to motivate and provide direction to individuals and team to achieve agreed targets.
Additional Information:
- Paying up to £42,000 Plus bonus and other benefits
- Either hybrid or office based in London
- Private health care
