Corporate Tax Assistant:

Central London based Accountancy Practice looking for Corporate Tax Assistants to join their close-knit team.

The Role:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, providing compliance and consultancy advice
  • Handling client queries over the phone with support from manager/supervisor
  • Completing corporate tax returns
  • Calculating tax provisions while working closely with audit team
  • Assisting and completing computations, liaising with HMRC
  • Updating the system and maintaining accurate records for reports
  • After progressing into the role, you will deal with more complex compliance issues

The Candidate:

  • Minimum of a 2.2 degree, attained or expected
  • Minimum of 112 UCAS points (2017 tariff)
  • Completes work to a high standard of accuracy
  • Able to cope with the pressure of high and varying workloads
  • Good written skills

Desirable:

  • Over 1 years' experience in Tax
