Role:
As a Corporate Solicitor, you will be integral to the firm's success, providing expert legal advice to a diverse clientele. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, managing corporate transactions, and ensuring compliance with current legislation. You will also play a pivotal role in business development activities, helping to expand the firm's corporate legal services.

Skills & Experience:
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE, possessing a robust understanding of corporate law.
