Role:
As a Corporate Solicitor, you will be integral to the firm's success, providing expert legal advice to a diverse clientele. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, managing corporate transactions, and ensuring compliance with current legislation. You will also play a pivotal role in business development activities, helping to expand the firm's corporate legal services.

Skills & Experience:
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE, possessing a robust understanding of corporate law. A proven track record in managing a varied caseload and delivering tailored solutions to clients is essential. The role demands strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and corporate restructuring will be highly regarded. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as is the ability to work collaboratively within a team and autonomously when required.
