Corporate Solicitor
A strong up and coming law firm that has been running for over seven years is now seeking to appoint a corporate solicitor to work alongside the Corporate Director. This role, based in Sutton Coldfield can offer hybrid working 2/3 days from home, the ability to support/manage more junior members of the team, with the long-term plan of growing and developing the department alongside the Director.
This niche practice in Sutton Coldfield is run by an ex "Legal 100" corporate solicitor. Within the team is currently the Director, a solicitor, trainee and a paralegal. The firm is now seeking to bolster the team with the appointment of a corporate solicitor (3+ years’ PQE).
As a corporate solicitor within this firm, you can expect to handle a diverse caseload of corporate law matters with some focus on healthcare transactions with the team completing on a large pharmacy project recently!
The candidate would have the opportunity to market, business develop and support the development of the junior team.
This could lead to board level management and exposure.
Our client is offering up to £100k (higher end candidates with a following), hybrid working, medical insurance, death in service and on-site parking.
