CORPORATE SOLICITOR, BRISTOL/CARDIFF - LEGAL 500 FIRM 3+ years PQE We have been instructed on a high-level corporate position within a fantastic firm looking for an experienced solicitor. We would encourage applications from solicitors with at least 3 years PQE upwards to more senior Associate level. You will need to have experience of working with high-end clients at a good quality firm in corporate matters affecting such fields of mergers & acquisitions, banking & finance, private equity work, corporate governance and corporate restructuring. You should have the ability, drive and confidence to develop strong working relationships with important regional and national clients as well as providing support and advice to colleagues within the firm in a thoroughly collegiate atmosphere. You need to be a driven individual who is also a good team member and able to maintain the very high standards of this high-ranking firm.
