 What will you do? 

  • Advise a broad client base from entrepreneurial start-ups to international organisations  
  • Advise on a range of corporate transactions – M&A, venture capital, cross-border transactions, private equity investments, joint ventures and restructurings 
  • You will build relationships with a variety of clients encompassing private equity, venture capital and other funds
  • Clients will be both public and private companies

The Team: 

  • Join this well respected & busy team 
  • This is one of the firm’s largest departments 
  • The team work collaboratively across several locations 
  • No micro-managing here! Those who can are encouraged to work autonomously from the outset and form your own client relationships 

What will you need?

  • To be a qualified solicitor (or legal executive) with at least 5 years’ PQE  
  • Corporate experience 
  • To want to progress your corporate career across various sectors within an excellent team & firm
