What will you do? 

• Advise a Private Equity client base of national and international clients  
• Design and deliver bespoke acquisition and disposal programs
• MandA 
• Be an extension of your client’s internal team 
• Give effective support to your clients through acquisition and integration 
• Be the go-to person for certain key clients and develop meaningful relationships with them 
• Contribute to further development of the team, firm and yourself 
• Be encouraged to get out and meet new and existing clients  

What will you need? 

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a solicitor or legal executive
• Corporate law experience 
• The ability to be creative and solve clients’ issues in a way they both like and understand
