Corporate Solicitor

This is a corporate solicitor opportunity at senior associate or managing associate level within an established and growing corporate team at a legal 100 firm in Bristol. 

Your experience:

• Corporate lawyer who wants to work closely with clients in a quasi "in-house" role
• Strong background in M&A
• Ability to adapt into an advisory role as well as transactional 

The role:

• Working closely with a senior partner and their portfolio of corporate clients
• Be an extension to client's internal teams working alongside; finance, commercial and HR departments
• Advising across the range of corporate transactions
