CORPORATE SOLICITOR, 5+ YEARS’ PQE, BIRMINGHAM, £67,500 - £85,000 (DOE) – TOP 50 LAW FIRM. An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Corporate Solicitor JOB REF: 5382.

• Applications are sought from qualified Corporate Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• You will take on responsibility for a broad range of corporate transactions including M&A, private equity, and joint ventures, working as part of larger deal team and, where appropriate, leading your own matters.
• A pro-active, commercial approach to help drive the practice forward is essential.
• You will have an opportunity to play a significant role in the development of a key practice area in one of the world's most exciting and dynamic law firms.
• You will demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
