Are you a newly qualified corporate lawyer seeking an exciting opportunity to launch your career? We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Corporate NQ to join a hugely successful corporate team in Leeds. 

As a Corporate NQ at this firm, you will joining a collegiate team where you will be valued, supported and given the tools and training to reach your optimum potential. You will be exposed to the highest calibre of corporate work where you will utilise your acquired skills, experience, and intellectual firepower to produce outstanding results from the onset and develop key client relationships.

Your work will span a broad range of high quality corporate transactional work including private equity, M&A, corporate finance, shareholder and investment agreements, joint ventures, restructures and more.

This position is suited to a highly motivated candidate with a strong client focussed approach. You should be able to display a strong academic background and will have completed a seat in corporate at a commercial firm. We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for business development. Applicants must be UK qualified with experience from a leading national firm.
