The Role:
As a valued member of our renowned Corporate team, you'll enjoy the support of one of the largest teams in Newcastle. With structured guidance and mentorship, your responsibilities will span a wide range of corporate transactions. From assisting in sales and purchases to navigating debt and equity fundraisings, your role will be dynamic and impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate effectively within the team to manage transactional workflows.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored advice.
- Draft documents that reflect current legal standards and individual client requirements.
- Facilitate negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Attend meetings and negotiations with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:
We seek a qualified Solicitor with ideally 1-8 years PQE, though all candidates will be considered outside of this. Strong analytical and organisational skills are essential, along with previous experience in corporate transactional work.
