What do we expect from you?

You must have at least 3 + years PQE as a guide in Corporate taking a transaction from start to finish up to £2 million in value Asset or Share deal, Company Buyback, Shareholders Agreements, Articles, Reorganisations, and Demergers and Due Diligence and disclosure. If you are in excess of 5+ PQE then larger transactions can be made available, you will be involved with managing and supervising the junior members of the team with 3 NQ’s and more support staff.
