Corporate Senior Associate / Legal Director

Corporate Senior Associate / Legal Director role with a leading Birmingham law firm, highly respected and leaders in their field.

Following a key senior hire last year and continued focus and development of the corporate team, we are working exclusively with this Birmingham practice as they search for a genuine number 2 in the team.

You will have 5+ years pqe of corporate law experience and be keen to advise on a range of work including M&A, MBO's, company reorgs, wider governance and transactional matters.

You will enjoy leading from the front, driving strategy, building profile and coaching. You will be supported by an experienced, well-regarded, ambitious Head of Department who is very focused on developing others and keen to hire and develop the next partner.

Hybrid working (c.2 days in the Birmingham office so open to those a little further afield)
