An exiting opportunity for a presentable and experienced Corporate Receptionist to support our client a UK-wide renowned Real Estate firm based in the heart of the City of London. This is a permanent role, paying up to £30,000pa, working Mon-Fri in the office, 8am to 5pm.

Working with other Receptionists, your duties will include:

  • Acting as first point of contact to the business in person and via telephone
  • Greeting clients and visitors, offering refreshments
  • Regular checks of meeting rooms and client facing areas
  • Managing meeting room booking system
  • Preparing meeting rooms for meetings and conferences
  • Manage incoming / outgoing post
  • Managing e-mail queries
  • Update relevant data and information onto inhouse systems
  • Issuing passes and ensuring H&S at front of house
  • Dealing with all relevant administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the reception area

You will be a confident communicator with a positive work ethic and the ability to work under pressure whilst still delivering to the highest standard.

We are looking for an individual who is client facing, organised and diligent with a resilient, professional, willing and 'can-do' attitude.
