Job Title: Corporate Receptionist

Salary: £23,000 - £24,000 per annum

Duration: Permanent

Hours: 37 hours - Monday - Thursday 09.00 - 17.30 with a 17.00 finish on a Friday

Location: Shirley, Solihull - free onsite car parking

Benefits: 23 days holiday, subsidised restaurant on site, pension, free car parking, flexibility to amend the hours on a Wednesday

Our client within professional services is seeking a Corporate Receptionist to join their team.

Working within prestigious offices you will come from a professional receptionist background and possess excellent administration skills as every Wednesday you will be based away from the reception desk carrying out administration based tasks to ensure the smooth running of the front of house.

Key Duties:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors - being a professional first point of call on a corporate front of house
  • Answering the telephone, fielding calls and taking messages
  • Preparing meeting rooms
  • Carrying out reception based administration tasks
  • Processing annual leave requests
  • Completing facilities administration tasks regarding maintenance of the building
  • Emailing invoices to finance for processing
  • Ad hoc administration duties for the marketing team
  • Making refreshments
  • Scanning, filing and photocopying
  • Preparing the post for despatch

Key Skills/Experience Required:

  • Previous reception and administration skills and experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Computer literate and confident on MS Office
  • Organised with excellent prioritisation skills
  • Comfortable in meeting and greeting visitors
