A fantastic Black-Country Based business is looking for a highly professional and proactive individual for an opportunity within their Oldbury based offices. Based front of house, you will be required to provide a first-class client service to all external visitors as well as an excellent level of administrative support to the wider business. Your responsibilities within the central service of the business will include:

  • Professional provision of reception cover and first-class customer service

  • Management of meetings rooms including the coordination of catering and other supplies for meetings

  • Coordination of incoming and outgoing post

  • Reconciliation of credit cards across the business

  • Ensuring all meeting rooms are clean and tidy

  • General office tasks

  • Ensuring clients are looked after

  • Expert document management both hard and electronically

  • Exceptional production of typed documents

  • Ad hoc administrative support

You must possess experience within the above listed tasks as well an excellent work ethic and positive attitude. The ideal candidate will have prior customer and client facing environment, enjoying helping people whether that be from hospitality, retail or prior reception/customer service experience. A strong work ethic and desire to learn are key!

This role is full time, permanent role which is naturally fully office based with parking on site. Hours of work are 7.45am until 5.15pm Monday to Friday.
