The successful Corporate Paralegal - Banking and Finance will hold the following key responsibilities:
Corporate transactions which include formation, venture capital investments and mergers and acquisitions.
Handling uniform commercial code filings, loan documents and stock transfers.
Assist with loan transactions, mortgages and lien related filings.
Profile
The successful Corporate Paralegal - Banking and Finance should have at least 2+ years of finance, banking and transactions experience in a law firm.
