Are you a Corporate M&A Lawyer in a leading Magic, Silver or White Shoe law firm looking to take more direct control of your prospects? If so, we are looking for you to play a pivotal role in a progressive and thriving Corporate M&A team in Dubai, where your experience will be very hands on, and there exists a linear relationship between what you deliver, and future partnership.

Though the nature of the work may be varied, Corporate M&A will be the mainstay of the role. You will work across a range of complex M&A and private equity transactions as well as joint ventures with multijurisdictional elements.

The role is ideally suited to candidates with upwards 6 to 8 years’ PQE. You will boast an excellent academic record and will have graduated from a prestigious university. You will have gained Corporate M&A experience at a top leading firm (preferably Magic Circle) and will be accustomed to leading on large transactions. You will already be demonstrating early leadership skills, be technically excellent, and also demonstrate strong client facing skills.  You will be seen as a vital cog in a well-oiled and seasoned deal-doing team.
