We are seeking an experienced and focussed Corporate Law Professional to join the talented team at this well run and highly regarded practice. Due to a period of exciting expansion they are seeking to develop their Corporate Law division to support their rapidly growing client base.
The ideal candidate will require at least 2-3 years PQE in Corporate Law and a good background in the relevant legal knowledge, along with the ability to work collaboratively with precision and with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You will have a fantastic opportunity for key responsibility and to supercharge your career with an expert and supportive team. This role will cover a varied, high quality caseload and duties, including Management Buyouts, Corporate Finance, Shareholder Agreements, Shareholder and Director Disputes, Company Secretarial Service and EMI Share Option Schemes.

Salary: £highly Competitive
Hours: 9am-6pm Monday – Thursday / 9am – 5pm Friday
Location: Haywards Heath, West Sussex
