Our client a growing Top 10 firm is recruiting for a Tax Director to join its International Tax Team. The firm has a diverse range of clients across every industry and size including FTSE listed global groups. The role is varied and covers a range of areas including cross border transactions, tax structuring and international tax advisory.
The ideal candidate will be:
- CTA /ACA/ACCA qualified
- Experienced professional with Corporate Tax advisory and compliance experience
- Previous experience managing international work liaising with other specialists in overseas offices covering M&A transactions, transfer pricing, tax structuring and other international tax queries
- Staff supervisory experience
