Search are excited to be working with a highly acquisitive PE backed organisation who are looking for a corporate finance professional with a strong technical accounting background to support them with due-diligence and post acquisition accounting.

This is role will be perfect for a qualified accountant with either a desire to or experience working within M&A, you'll be supported by a high calibre team and senior management. With a fantastic working culture you'll spear head on post acquisition accounts and drive EBITDA.

As a continuously growing business this is a pivotal role and the right person will grow with the business offering up plenty of opportunity to progress.

Responsibilities:

  • Due-diligence and post acquisition integration for new deals
  • Produce monthly acquisition reports
  • Review management accounts for post acquisition deals
  • Business partner with key finance and non-finance stakeholders
  • Production of balance sheet reconciliations
  • Analyse post acquisition data and report on relevant areas
  • Ad-hoc post acquisition responsibilities

Person:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified Accountant
  • Experience within M&A/corporate finance is desirable
  • Advanced excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to liaise with all levels of a business

On Offer:

£55,000 - £65,000 per anum salary including an impressive bonus and pension, hybrid working arrangement with 3 days in office. A great culture with a supportive team and extended annual leave entitlement.
