Hays are partnering with a fantastic firm based in Bristol, recruiting a corporate finance executive. This is a rare opportunity for a newly qualified accountant seeking to move into Corporate Finance.

This position will involve raising finance, business sales, business acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins, mergers, listings and floatation's. You will also work very closely with one of the firms directors, giving you a great opportunity to gain exposure.

To succeed in this role you will need to be a qualified ACA or ACCA accountant, ideally top 10 trained. Previous exposure to corporate finance not necessary. Ideally you will be moving out of audit but any service line will be considered.

In return they offer a competitive salary of £48,000 + bonus including a great benefits package and generous holiday allowance. You will also experience an exciting level of exposure through working closely with one of the firms directors.
