This progressive Top 10 firm are actively looking to appoint a Director within their Corporate Finance team. Working on some fantastic projects, you will join forces with a well-connected team and help to develop the CF department.

Your role as a Corporate Finance Director:

• Advising business owners on exit strategies / succession planning
• Acquisition advisory, identification and validation of options
• You will work closely with shareholders and boards on fundraising.
• Commercial awareness to introduce additional services to clients where appropriate.
• Pitching to new clients and the firm's network to generate further organic growth.

What you'll need to succeed:

• ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
• Demonstrable audit experience gained within a professional services firm.
• Keen interest in the transactions and advisory sector.
• Ability to organise and mentor teams across different projects.
• Ideally some experience of diligence assignments, but not critical.
