Corporate Finance Director

Our client, a boutique corporate finance firm based in Bristol is seeking a Corporate Finance Director within the accountancy practice. As Corporate Finance Director you will work as a key delivery member of the Corporate Finance team in the provision of lead advisory, transaction support, valuations or other ad-hoc advisory services.

The role offers flexibility, Core working hours are 10 am - 4 pm Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities as a Corporate Finance Director:

• Touchpoint for the wider firm concerning Corporate Finance Assignments within the client base
• Business development, both internally and externally through a mixture of networking and/or establishing reputation for quality advice
• Development of team members through on the job training and explaining assignment details and reasons for decision making
• Demonstrate proactivity through establishing likely causality of situations and applying strategic decision-making ability to resolve areas of difficulty

Requirements as a Corporate Finance Director:

• FCS/FCCA 5 years PQ
• Requisite skills likely to be acquired in 3-5 years experience as a corporate finance manager or equivalent depending on the individual
• A minimum of 1 year demonstrating and maintaining clear, partner acknowledgement
• Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with both clients, team members and colleagues
• Full driving licence, plus unrestricted access to a car
