Your new role
You will support their growth strategy by providing full transaction support. Responsibilities will include:

  • Market analysis
  • Acquisitions - lead on key aspects of the transaction process including management of due diligence
  • Prepare board presentations for investment approval
  • Prepare complex financial models
  • Integration of acquisitions


What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will have experience in a deal environment such as; Corporate M&A, Private Equity or Transaction team within Big 4. You will have outstanding analytical and financial modelling abilities.
