Chambers listed Legal 500 law firm with 2 offices in the Thames Valley is seeking a Company & Commercial Solicitor to join the current practice.

  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Management buy-outs and buy-ins
  • Private equity
  • Corporate restructuring
  • Joint ventures
  • Shareholders’ and investment agreements
  • Share incentive schemes
  • Corporate Finance Business start-ups
  • Corporate governance
  • Partnerships and LLPs
  • Transaction value up to £20million

You will be required to have a general corporate/commercial background with experience in dealing with both small and large clients and be able to demonstrate your technical ability and a natural flare for business development/marketing.

The team of 3 is Partner lead and focuses its work on owner-managed businesses, which include a wide range of corporate clients from start-ups and subsidiaries of overseas companies and public sector limited companies.

This role is due to expansion and a range of PQE is being considered.
