A highly ranked practice with a growing reputation in Essex is expanding their corporate team and looking to recruit a mid-senior level solicitor for their Colchester office.

Corporate Commercial Solicitor – 5+ PQE – Colchester – Salary up to £90,000

The firm are recognised as Top Tier in Legal 500 and act for market leading clients across various sectors.

The Corporate team act for businesses, and various organisations on a broad range of matters to include M&A, restructuring, partnerships, corporate governance, etc.

The firm is seeking a motivated and technically strong Corporate Associate with ambition and sound knowledge of current corporate laws, regulations, and market trends.

The Candidate
  • Corporate Associate with at least 5 years PQE.
  • Strong academic background with experience of providing practical advice to clients.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading complex corporate transactions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Business development acumen and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth.
