A Corporate/Commercial Solicitor role has arisen at a long standing and highly reputable Shropshire based firm - to be based at its Shrewsbury office. This is a full-time, permanent position which has arisen due to succession planning. The role offers free car parking, hybrid working, progression to directorship. 

The team

The current corporate/commercial department is comprised of a senior member plus support. The team is looking for a corporate/commercial solicitor to come on board working directly with the legal director on an array of matters with a view to lead the department in the future. 

The role

You will join the firm to hit the ground running on matters to include a mix of corporate transactions, company matters to include group restructures, shareholder agreements etc and commercial contracts work. 

About you 

To be considered for this company/commercial solicitor role you will have at least 3 years PQE, with the ability to hit the ground running on an array of matters. You should be able to build solid relationships with clients in order to develop your caseload, support other members of your team as necessary, and proactively respond to, and resolve, clients’ needs.
