  • 4-years’ PQE with a high level of corporate technical knowledge
  • Working as an extension of clients’ businesses to provide practical, commercial advice
  • Undertaking transactional and non-transactional work
  • Genuine enthusiasm to focus on corporate work.
  • Problem-solving ability and commercial insight
  • Taking responsibility for service levels and proactively maximising client relationships
  • Undertaking business development activities
  • Collaborating with colleagues within the wider firm and supporting their clients’ needs.
  • Supervising junior members of staff (DOE)
