Your new role

The firm now seeks a corporate and commercial lawyer to join its busy team. You will handle an interesting range of corporate transactions for a mainly OMB/SME client base but will also act for a number of larger corporates. The commercial work is varied and you can expect to enjoy a genuine mix of corporate and commercial work.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a corporate or commercial lawyer looking for an opportunity where you can handle a mix of both corporate and commercial work. You will have good communication skills and be a well rounded team player.
