This position has been created through further growth, due to an increase in demand for their Corporate Commercial services. The work you undertake will be varied across

• M&A
• Corporate Finance
• Commercial Contracts
• JVs
• Shareholder & Other Agreements
• Share Schemes  

***This is a nurture role, if you are coming from a regional practice you are not expected to have experience dealing with all of the above, or working on deals up to £70m. However, you will need to have the desire to become a well-rounded Corporate Commercial Lawyer assisting with further planned growth for the team***

The ideal individual will be:

• Corporate Commercial Solicitor/ Associate/ Senior Associate with 2PQE +
• Experienced managing your own caseload, meanwhile assisting or leading on a range of matter.
• Open to those from a regional, L500, Top 200 UK firm background
• Or those who work in London, live in Essex – wanting something closer to home without sacrificing quality of work
